European Black Pine

Thanks to its characteristics, this oil can stimulate and stabilize those who tend to be undecided. Boosting their mood, it encourages them to do — and imagine — new things.
It has a depurative action, it helps remove phlegm. It is also used for arthritis.

Suggested uses and dosage:

• Home diffuser: add 2-3 drops to 100 ml of water. We suggest to use it together with other essential oils.
• Bathtub: emulsify 5-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
• Massages: 1% of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or PH-neutral lotion.
• Cosmetics: 1% in creams, lotions, deodorants, shampoos, soaps, or perfumes
• Food: with eggs, meat, fish, and soups (1 drop per 100 gr)

Caution: use with moderation. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnancy, or when breastfeeding.
