Mugo Pine

It is used in case of muscle and rheumatic pains, and as a depurative of the urinary tract.
If inhaled, it clears the bronchial passages. It is effective in regulating blood circulation.
On a psychological side, it talks to the heart (intended as the seat of emotions).

Suggested uses and dosage:

• Home diffuser: add 2-3 drops to 100 ml of water. We suggest to use it together with other essential oils.
• Bathtub: emulsify 5-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water when the tub is full (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
• Massages: 1% of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or PH-neutral lotion.
• Cosmetics: 1% in deodorants, soaps, or perfumes
• Food: 1 drop in herbal teas

Caution: use with moderation, it can cause skin irritations. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnancy, or when breastfeeding.
