Peppermint

Very useful to treat both migraines and cervical tension. Also indicated for sleepiness, nausea, vomiting, coughing spasms, fever, and influenza.
If massaged into the affected area, it relieves from joint pains, muscle contractions, and rheumatisms.
Good remedy against bug bites and varices.

Suggested uses:

  • Home diffuser: add between 2 and 5 drops to 100 ml of water
  • Bathtub: emulsify 8-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
  • Massages: we recommend to dilute 2-4 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil.
  • Cosmetics: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of natural moisturizer
  • Food: we recommend 1 drop per 200 gr of food, to add after cooking

Caution: do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnancy, or when breastfeeding.
