LEMON EUCALYPTUS

Thanks to its cleansing, protecting, and refreshing qualities, this essential oil works with chaotic and over-excited states of mind. It reconciles us with the right rhythm, offering time to those who think they don’t have enough.
Its qualities as febrifuge, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory are greatly appreciated. Massaging and rubbing the skin with this essential oil will soothe muscle aches, rheumatisms, and headaches. It is helpful against hair dandruff and cold sores. It can also be used as mosquito repellent.

Suggested uses:

• Home diffuser: add between 3 and 6 drops to 100 ml of water
• Steam inhalation: emulsify 3-4 drops of essential oil with coarse salt in 1 l of hot water. Inhale for 20 minutes, keeping your eyes and mouth closed
• Bathtub: emulsify 8-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
• Massages: we recommend to dilute 2-3 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil
• Cosmetics:
  – add 2-3 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of natural moisturizer
  – to make a shampoo, body wash or conditioner, we recommend to add 10 drops per 200 ml.
