Home diffuser: add between 3 and 6 drops to 100 ml of water
Bathtub: emulsify 8-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
Massages: we recommend to dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil
Cosmetic use: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of natural moisturizer
Food: we recommend 3-4 drops per 100 gr of food, to add after cooking (we suggest to always start with the lower dose and then increase it later, if preferred).
Caution: do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnancy, or when breastfeeding.
If in doubt, please consult your doctor/naturopath.

The essential oil of sweet orange — a nutritious fruit, high in vitamins A, B and C — is connected to the Sun. It stimulates the pineal gland, which is responsible for the production of melatonin (the hormone regulating the sleep-wake rhythm). Originally from India, it was imported by Arabs in the 9th century. It comes from the northern coast of Sicily.
The essential oil is obtained by cold-pressing the peel.
