Description
Corsican Pine (Pinus Nigra) essential oil, symbol of perseverance and courage, is known for the hardness of its wood.
In aromatherapy it has a purifying action, it helps to eliminate phlegm. It is also used in arthritis.
It is also used in cooking, try using it in an omelette, to flavour an oil for seasoning fish or meat or to make a flavoured butter.
Because of its characteristics, it can both stimulate and stabilise indecisive characters, improving the mood and also the desire to do and above all to imagine.
Suggested uses and posology:
- Room diffuser: 2/3 drops in 100 ml of water. We suggest combining it with other essential oils.
- Bath: 5/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt, milk, cream, or honey in hot water (to prevent the oil from evaporating due to the heat).
- Massage: 1% essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or neutral cream.
- Culinary use: with eggs, meat, fish, soups (1 drop per 100 g food)
Warnings: Use in moderation. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, during pregnancy and lactation. If in doubt, consult a doctor/naturopath.
