Pino Cembro

It can spread a feeling of quietness and well-being, purifying the air and the space from negative influences. It has a depurative action, it helps remove phlegm. It is also used for arthritis. It lowers and regulates the heart rate.

Suggested uses and dosage:

  • Home diffuser: add 2-3 drops to 100 ml of water. We suggest to use it together with other essential oils.
  • Bathtub: emulsify 5-10 drops of essential oil with coarse salt — or alternatively milk, cream, or honey — to add to the hot water when the tub is full (so that the oil doesn’t evaporate due to the heat)
  • Massages: 1% of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or PH-neutral lotion.
  • Cosmetics: 1% in cream, lotion, deodorant, shampoo, soap, or perfume
  • Food: with eggs, meat, and soups we recommend 1-2 drops per 100 gr of food, to add after cooking (we suggest to always start with the lower dose and then increase it later, if preferred).

Caution: use with moderation. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, pregnancy, or when breastfeeding.
If in doubt, please consult your doctor/naturopath.
