Suggested uses and posology:

  • Room diffuser: 2/3 drops in 100 ml of water. We suggest combining it with other essential oils.
  • Bath: 5/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt, milk, cream, or honey to be added to the hot water when the bath is full (this prevents the oil from evaporating due to the heat).
  • Massage: a little essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or neutral cream.
  • Food use: with eggs, meat, soups, we recommend 1/2 drops per 100 g of food to add flavour at the end of cooking (we suggest you always start with the lowest dose and increase it later).
