Description
Scots Pine (Pinus Sylvestris) essential oil is the symbol of married love and the daily struggle against life’s adversities. A tree that, according to Shinto thought, welcomes the benign spirits of nature into its branches. In China, the seeds, resin, and needles nourish the immortals, enabling them to fly.

- Room diffuser: 3/6 drops in 100 ml of water. We suggest combining it with other essential oils.
- Bath: 5/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt, milk, cream, or honey, in hot water (this prevents the oil from evaporating due to the heat).
- Massage: a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil or neutral cream
Warnings: Non-toxic essential oil, can sensitise and is to be avoided in case of allergies. If in doubt consult a doctor/pharmacist.
