The healing virtues of the Damascus Rose (Rosa Damascena) have been known since ancient times.
It is one of the oldest plants on earth. Fossil forms dating back 40 million years have been found. There are also clay tablets from Pylos, in the Pelopponeso, dated around 1500 BC, which report data on the purchase of rose oil.
It takes about 7 tons of rose petals collected before dawn and distilled within a few hours to obtain 1 liter of Essential Oil.
For a matter of extension of the territory our Essential Oil is extracted in Iran, we distil Rose Water in Santa Bianca.
The HMPC (Herbal Medicine Product Committe, technical committee of the European Medicines Agency) recognizes that it can relieve mild inflammation of the skin or oral cavity.
It is one of the most used essences for disorders related to the female reproductive system and for all skin diseases. Helps healing.

Room diffuser: to choose between 2 and 4 drops in 100 ml. of water
Bathtub: 8/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (to prevent the oil from evaporating due to the heat)
Massages: we recommend diluting a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil through.
Food use: we recommend 1/2 drops every 100 gr. of food to be flavored to be added at the end of cooking (we suggest to always start with the lowest recommended dose to possibly increase the drops in the future)
