Suggested uses and dosage:
Room diffuser: 4/5 drops in 100 ml of water.
Bathtube: 8/10 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to be put in hot water (to prevent the oil from evaporating due to the heat).
Massage: dilute a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil through.
Warnings: Generally non-toxic, some cases of sensitization are reported, use in moderation.
