Description
Juniper (Juniperus) essential oil is a symbol of purity and eternity. Juniper wood lasts a long time and is not attacked by woodworms. Medea used a juniper-based potion to put the dragon to sleep, thus helping Jason to steal the Golden Fleece.
Disclosure information:
According to the Ministry of Health, juniper works on the urinary tract by stimulating the drainage of excess fluids. It is recognised for its digestive function and beneficial effect on joint health. It regulates the sweating process and has a purifying effect on the body, particularly on the well-being of the skin.
In Naturopathy it is recommended in the presence of diseases of the urinary tract, rheumatism, arthritis, swollen legs, and painful menstruation. Naturopaths also recommend it as a liver and intestinal cleanser. In the case of cellulite, it removes toxins and excess fluid, promotes circulation and helps to reduce fat deposits.
Naturopaths recommend it as an expectorant and sedative for respiratory disorders.
In Naturopathy it is used as a skin tonic and indicated for various skin problems, e.g. rubbed on the scalp it helps prevent dandruff.

Excellent in the kitchen for flavouring EVO oil and butter, try it in its Essentia spray version. We have been supplying Italian Gin distilleries with this oil for years.
It instils the necessary courage, dissolves shyness, helps manage guilt, balances, and calms.
