Suggested uses and dosage:
Room diffuser: 3/6 drops in 100 ml of water.
Bathtub: 5/6 drops of essential oil emulsified in coarse salt or milk or cream or honey to put in hot water (to prevent the oil from evaporating due to the heat)
Massage: dilute a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of oil through.
Warnings: Use in moderation. Do not use in case of chronic diseases, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
