Ingredients:
- 1 tongue
- Onion
- Carrots
- Celery
- Potato
- Fennel (only the green part)
- 1 apple
- 3-5 cloves
- 4-5 juniper berries
- 7 bay leaves
- Salt
- Bitter orange essential oil
Directions:
Wash the tongue and the vegetables (quantity to your liking).
Add spices and salt.
When it starts boiling, lower the fire and cover the pot. Let the tongue cook for 3 or 4 hours.
Add 1 drop of Bitter Orange essential oil per each cup of broth, and serve.
