Ingredients:
- 250 gr Savoy cabbage
- 1 apple
- raisins
- pine nuts
- black pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- 5-7 drops lemon essential oil
Directions:
Pour a little bit of olive oil into the pan. Add the raisins, grated apple, sliced Savoy cabbage, and salt.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, with the lid on.
When it is almost ready, add pepper and pine nuts, and dress with olive oil and drops of lemon EO, well blended together.
