Cooked vegetables (sautéed or steamed)
Ricotta cheese or other kinds of cheese as preferred, or sour cream (for a lighter taste)
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, turmeric if you like it, and lemon essential oil.
When all the ingredients are well blended, add the ricotta cheese.
Then add the vegetables.
Lightly grease the baking pan where you will bake your frittata.
Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15-20 minutes, checking from time to time to get a great tasty and fat-free soufflé-frittata.
