Ingredients:
- 250 gr tomatoes
- Olives
- Capers (optional)
- Fresh marjoram
- Fresh basil
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 4-5 drops of sweet orange essential oil
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes (if you are lucky to have them, use homegrown tomatoes—they are much tastier) and put them into a bowl together with olives and capers.
Add the fresh herbs to your taste, and a pinch of salt.
Dress with olive oil and orange essential oil, well blended together.
