Total time:50 minutes
- 250 gr mixed vegetables
- Fresh seasonal basil / mint / lemon balm
- Olive oil
- 1-2 drops wild fennel essential oil
Cook the vegetables in salted water for about 40 minutes.
When cooked, add the fresh herbs to your taste.
Blend the vegetable soup, add pepper, parmesan and wild fennel essential oil diluted in olive oil.
